﻿# Top-up
The merchant can recharge the account for disbursement.
## How to top up
PayerMax supports 2 ways for top-up: top-up directly and settle to top-up.
### Top-up directly
- After entering the merchant platform, click the [Top up] button on the [Account] - [Account Balance] page, or on the [Account] - [Top Up] page, click the [Create] button to enter the top-up process.
- Select the currency you need to top up (currently only USD is supported).
- View the PayerMax virtual account.
- Complete the deposit offline.
- Submit transfer vouchers.
- Wait for the financial review.
- Get top-up results.

### Settle to top-up

## Status Description
- Pending: After the merchant has successfully transferred to PayerMax's bank account and uploaded the top-up voucher on the PayerMax merchant platform, the process of approving this top-up order by our finance staff.
- Success: The top-up order has been approved and the funds have been credited to the merchant's available balance.
- Failure: The top-up has failed, you can check the reason for the failure on the top-up order details page or contact PayerMax staff for inquiries.
