Account Balance Management
1.Definition of merchant ID and query path
Merchant ID is the unique identification number for your merchant Account. For any issue that you would face, we will quickly solve it by your unique MID. There are two ways to get your MID:
- Click the merchant name at the upper right to get it.
- Enter "Profile" - "Setting" page to get it.
2.Inquiry and modification of basic information of merchants
Enter "Profile" - "Setting" page to check the general and settlement info of the merchant. You can modify your “Contact Address”, and other information could be changed by PayerMax only.
3.Definition and modification of merchant's display name
The display name will be used for the display of the merchant platform and cashier name. Due to the channel limitation, the name does not support customized change for the time being. If you need to change it, please contact PayerMax platform and provide the reason and proof of change.
4.Enquiry of the opened service information
Enter "Settings" - "Profile" page, swipe page to 'Contract Info' section, click 'Detail' button, then you can view information for available services.
5.Payment Service Changes
Production environment
The payment products in the production environment are determined by the signed contract. If you want to change it, please contact your account manager and sign a new contract.
Testing environment
Please contact your account manager to change it.
