2. Payment Collection Workflow
(a) After the collection account is successfully activated, you provide the account details to the payer;
(b) The payer completes the transfer to the receiving institution;
(c) After PayerMax receives the receipt notification from the institution and passes risk control, the funds are automatically credited to your PayerMax balance account (you can also obtain the collection transaction results via the MMC platform or API notification):
i. If the risk control review is approved, the funds will be credited to the merchant as normal;
ii. If the risk control review is not approved, the merchant is required to submit additional risk control materials.
(d) Funds credited to the PayerMax balance account can be used for withdrawals, currency exchange, or payments.
The collection order statuses are as follows:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Collection Successful | Local collection funds have been successfully credited. |
| Pending Authorized Account | Your merchant collection business has not completed authorized account setup, preventing the funds from being credited to the PayerMax balance account. Please log in to the merchant platform to complete the authorization. |
| Failed, Refunded | Local collection funds have been rejected and will be refunded to the payer by PayerMax. |
| Pending Risk Control Materials | Indicates that supplementary materials are required to facilitate the fund crediting process. |
3. Risk Control Materials Instructions
If the risk control review is not approved, the merchant must log in to the Merchant Platform (MMC), navigate to the collection order page, locate the relevant order, and click the button to provide the required risk control documents (this step is not required if risk control is approved). Fill in the required information on the page, submit it, and then check the risk control result.
4. Email Notification Settings
PayerMax supports sending collection results and risk control supplementary material notifications via email. You can configure this by logging in to the Merchant Platform (MMC) and navigating to → .
