1. Account Opening Application

Merchants can apply for a Local Bank Collection account on the Merchant Platform (MMC). Go to "Local Bank Collection" > "Account Summary" and click on the "Create Account" button to access the account creation page.

Then, fill in the account nickname, usage scenario, country/region, and currency. Finally, click on "Create Account" to submit your local bank collection account application.

Use scenarios: According to the scope of the merchant's business, the guidelines for use scenarios and scenario definitions are as follows:

Digital Entertainment Distributor	For digital entertainment merchants or their distributors to receive payments for wholesale virtual goods.
E-commerce Platform Collection	For platform stores like Amazon, Shopee shops to receive settlement payments from the platform.
Digital Entertainment Platform Collection	For merchants on application platforms like Google Play, App Store to receive settlement payments.
Advertising Placement Collection	For advertising agencies or traffic placement platforms to receive ad placement payments from advertisers.
Cash on Delivery Scenario	For COD-supporting logistics company to receive their settlement funds.
Traditional Foreign Trade Collection	For traditional overseas traders to receive payments for export trade.
Nominal Employer Collection	For nominal employer to receive payments of disbursing overseas wages on behalf of the real employer.
Online Travel Payment Collection	For OTA(online travel agency) merchant to receive payments for the sale of travel services products.

Note:

When you cannot see a specific country or currency in the Merchant Management Console, please contact your account manager to confirm if the corresponding product has been enabled.

Bank Account Information: Find the activated account and click to access the details to obtain the account information. Click "Copy All" to easily provide the account information to the user as the recipient for the transfer. You can also see the expected time for funds to be credited to this bank account.

2. Account Management

Merchants can inquire and manage Local Bank Collection accounts with their balances on the Merchant Platform (MMC): MMC - [Local Bank Collection].

Account management: View the list of Local Bank Collection accounts opened by the merchant in various countries/regions. Account information includes the Local Bank Collection account holder's name, account number, bank name, branch code, etc. It also provides information on account receiving methods and the time it takes for funds to be credited.

Account balance: The Local Bank Collection amount is reflected in the "Disbursement Amount" section, where the disbursement amount equals the Local Bank Collection amount plus the Recharge amount. It can be used for withdrawal/exchange/payment purposes.
