Production Environment Go-Live Confirmation

TIP

Purpose: This document helps partners complete the go-live confirmation smoothly.

1. Complete UAT Environment Testing & Acceptance

After completing the product acceptance under Developer Platform → Acceptance → Simple Acceptance and passing the Acceptance Check, the production environment configuration parameters can be enabled.

2. Configure Production Environment Integration Information

Configure the production keys and callback URLs, which can be set up on both the Developer Platform and the Merchant Management Control (MMC).

• Configuration on Developer Platform: Developer Platform → Production Configuration → Key Configuration / Callback URL Configuration

• Configuration on Merchant Dashboard: Production Configuration → Key Configuration

Note:

• On this page, you can view the production Merchant ID, production AppID, and production Platform Public Key, as well as configure the production Merchant Public Key.
• Some URLs can be passed via the API interface, and the callback URL submitted through the API takes priority over the platform configuration.

Configure the callback URL on the Merchant Dashboard: Service Settings → Developer Configuration page.

• For merchant public key configuration, refer to the images below. The platform public key can be copied on the same page.

• Switch to the production environment request URL

• Production Environment: https:// pay-gate.payermax.com/aggregate-pay/api/gateway/<API PATH>

3. Activate Integrated Payment Methods

• For certain payment methods, PayerMax will file the application with the payment channel on your behalf. Transactions can only be processed after the filing is approved. You cannot launch full traffic during the approval period.

• For the Merchant Portal (MMC), check the payment method status under Service Settings → Payment Method Availability.

4. Set Server IP Whitelist

If your server has whitelist security restrictions on access IPs, please go to Developer Platform → Production Configuration → Callback URL Configuration to check the PayerMax notification server IPs. Otherwise, PayerMax will not be able to successfully initiate calls through the callback URL you configured.

If you need to make disbursements via API, please go to Developer Platform → Production Configuration → Disbursement IP/Domain Whitelisting to configure the IPs. Otherwise, API disbursement orders will be blocked.
