1.How to apply for settlement?
You will receive our email notification if the settlement statement meets remittance conditions. How to customize mail receiver?
When you received the email notification, please login merchant platform and enter「Settlement」-「Pending」 page, choose the qualified settlement statement, on which, click ‘Apply for settlement’ button in the drop-down box of ‘more’. And then upload ‘payment request’. How to upload ‘payment request’? How to apply for Merchant platform’s permissions?
After our financial approval, the settlement amount will be remitted within 3 working days.
2.How can I get the progress of settlement?
Email notification How to receive settlement notification email?
- ‘Payment request’ upload notification: You will receive our email notification if the settlement statement meets remittance conditions. After that, please login merchant platform and enter「Settlement」-「Pending」 page, choose the qualified settlement statement, upload the ‘payment request’.
- Settlement remittance notification: You will receive email notification from us when the settlement remittance is completed. Please pay attention to the change of your account funds.

- You can log in to the merchant platform, enter「Settlement」-「Pending」 page, check statuses of the current statements on "To be Processed" and "Settling" tab pages.
3.What is ‘payment request’?
In order to meet audit requirements, please upload the signed or stamped ‘payment request’ as settlement’s remittance basis.
4.When to upload ‘payment request’? How to upload ‘payment request’?
When the settlement statement meets remittance conditions, you will receive our email notification of uploading ‘payment request’.
- After receiving the email notification, please login merchant platform and enter「Settlement」-「Pending」 page.
- choose and verify the qualified settlement statement, on which, click ‘Apply for settlement’ button in the drop-down box of ‘more’. And generate ‘payment request’ following step tips.

5.What is the difference among statuses of ‘To Be Settled’, ‘To Be Processed’, ‘Settling’, and ‘Consolidate Settlement’ under directory of [settlement]-[pending] on the merchant platform?
To Be Settled:The settlement cycle has been reached, but the settlement cannot be made due to the threshold amount limit or other conditions are not met.
To Be Processed:It means the settlement order has been generated, merchant shall log in to the merchant platform to upload the payment request to promote settling process.
Settling:It means the settlement order has been reviewed and approved. The fund will be transferred within 3 working days. Please wait patiently.
Consolidate settlement:For several settlement orders that meet the certain conditions, you can initiate a summarized amount and then settle the settlement fund as a single settlement order.
PS. Update settlement, means merchants can initiate an ‘update settlement’ operation for the settlement order due to merchant’s own reason, such as changing the settlement bank account information.Attachment:

6.Why has the settlement cycle arrived but I haven’t received a settlement transfer yet?
The possible reasons are as follows:
- Please confirm whether you have uploaded ‘payment request’.How to upload payment request?
- Please confirm whether a threshold settlement amount is agreed in the contract, if the settlement amount that has not reached the threshold will not be transferred.
- The transfer will be postponed if there is holiday during which the bank suspends services. After the transfer succeeds, PayerMax will send you a notification email.
7.How do I change my settlement bank account information?
Settlement bank card information needs to be provided at the time of contract signing. If you want to change it, please contact PayerMax and provide relevant certificates.
8.Why does the amount in the settlement not match the successful amount on “Dashboard” page?
The successful amount shown in the “Dashboard” is displayed according to the corresponding orders’ created time.
The amount in the settlement is settled according to the corresponding orders’ completed time.
They have two different statistical dimensions, so the results are different.
It is recommended that you can enter “Order Search” - “Payment” page to download Order Details to reconcile.
9.Why does the volume of settled orders in the settlement details not match the volume of successful orders on the “Dashboard” page?
The volume of successful orders shown in the “Dashboard” is displayed according to the orders’ created date.
The volume of orders in the settlement details is settled according to the orders’ completed time.
They have two different statistical dimensions, so the results are different.
It is recommended that you can enter “Order Search” - “Payment” page to download Order Details to reconcile.
10.How to download settlement information in batch?
Enter the「settlement」page, click “Download” button after completing the filter items.
Please notice that you can set the time zone as you need on this page and displayed time of each transaction will be updated accordingly.
11.What is the difference between ‘Transaction amount’, ‘settlement amount’ and ‘transfer amount’?
Transaction Amount:The transaction amount is the amount and currency actually paid by the user.
Settlement Amount:Settlement Amount = Transaction Amount - (Total Tax + Total Commission + Refund Amount).
Transfer Amount:The transfer amount is the actual transfer amount.
If there is cross-border settlement, the currency here should be the converted currency.
Please notice that the refund amount may include orders settled previously.
12. What is service charge?
The service charge is the transfer handling fee charged by the bank, which will be deducted from your settlement amount.
13.If there is cross-currency settlement, what is the conversion rate?
If cross-currency settlement exists, it will be converted at the exchange rate on the day of the transfer bank. For details, please contact your business manager.
14.How to receive settlement notification email?
When the settlement amount met settlement conditions or is successfully transferred, the admin account and “Finance” account will receive email notifications. Finance’s email configuration: If you want more than one person to receive the settlement notification email, it is recommended to fill in the group email address in the “financial” contact email.
