Production Environment Go-Live Confirmation

TIP

Purpose: This document helps partners complete the go-live confirmation smoothly.

1. Complete UAT Environment Testing & Acceptance

After completing the Simple Acceptance in the Developer Platform (UAT environment), you can apply to enable the production environment configuration parameters.

2. Configure Production Environment Integration Information

  • Go to the PayerMax Developer Center, navigate to the Production ConfigurationKey Configuration page to view the production merchant number, production AppId, and configure the merchant public key.

  • The production callback URL can be configured under Address Management on this page or passed via the notifyUrl parameter in the API request.

  • Switch to the production environment request URL

  • Production Environment: https:// pay-gate.payermax.com/aggregate-pay/api/gateway/<API PATH>

3. Activate Integrated Payment Methods

  • For certain payment methods, PayerMax will file the application with the payment channel on your behalf. Transactions can only be processed after the filing is approved. You cannot launch full traffic during the approval period.

  • You can log in to the Merchant Portal (MMC) and check the availability status of payment methods under Contract ManagementPayment Method Availability Inquiry.

4. Set Server IP Whitelist

If your integration and testing network has security restrictions on access IP whitelists, please contact PayerMax Technical Support to obtain the PayerMax server IP addresses and add them to your whitelist. Otherwise, PayerMax will not be able to initiate calls to your configured callback address properly.
