1. How to Submit a Ticket

a. Log in to the Merchant Platform: https://passport.payermax.com/#/login ;

b. Click "Consulting Center" in the lower right corner to jump to the question submission page;

c. For order-related questions, please enter the order number and then ask a question; for other questions, please enter the question and then directly ask a question.

You can refer to the following video to submit a ticket to PayerMax technical support for inquiries about transaction issues. We will process it as soon as possible.

3. Other Functions


3.1 Ticket List

  • Ticket Status: Supports filtering Tickets with specified status;

  • Ticket Query: Supports query by entering Tickets number/creator/creation time;

  • News: When there is a new message in the Ticket, click the message content in the notification to jump to the corresponding Ticket.

3.2 Ticket Details

  • Upload Attachments: Supplement payment voucher and other information;

  • Ticket Expediting: Send a notification to the Ticket handler to urge processing;

  • Processing Time: View the progress of Ticket processing;

  • Estimated Completion Time: View the estimated completion time of a Ticket.

3.3 Ticket Evaluation

  • Satisfaction Evaluation: After the service is completed, you can click on the star rating to give a rating. Text comments are supported.
